Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Big Pro Janitorial Service Inc (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”). We strive to provide exceptional janitorial and cleaning services. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for services purchased through our website or otherwise, including payments processed through Stripe.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by Big Pro Janitorial Service Inc, whether purchased online, by phone, or in person.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate service agreement or contract, this policy governs refunds and credits for services provided.

2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with our services. If you believe the services provided were unsatisfactory:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of service completion.
     
  • Explain the issue clearly (photos and details may be requested).
     
  • We will review your concern and may offer a service re-performance at no additional charge if the issue is valid and within our service scope.
     

3. No Product Returns (Services Only)

Because we provide services (not physical products), there is no return of services once rendered. However, we do offer remediation as described above for unsatisfactory work.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only in the following limited situations:

a. Prepaid Services Not Yet Rendered
If you paid in advance for scheduled cleaning services and cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled service, you may be eligible for a full refund.

b. Scheduling Errors Caused by Us
If we materially fail to provide the scheduled service (e.g., we fail to show up without notice), you may request a refund or a credit toward future services.

c. Duplicate Charges or Processing Errors
If Stripe or our payment system charges you more than once for the same service, we will promptly refund the duplicate amount.

Refunds are issued only for amounts actually paid by the customer and not for services already provided in full.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at: hello@bigprojanitorialservices.com
     
  2. Include:
     
    • Your full name
       
    • Order/Invoice number
       
    • Date of service
       
    • Reason for refund
       
    • Any supporting documentation or photos
       

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and respond with a resolution within 10 business days.

6. Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe using the original payment method. Stripe’s processing time may vary, but refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days after processing.

7. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.
     
  • A no-show by the customer may result in a forfeiture of prepaid amounts.
     

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
